Pageant of Power 2009
The
second Pageant of Power takes place over the weekend of July 18/19th at
the picturesque Cholmondeley Castle on the Cheshire/Shropshire border.
Celebrated marque in 2009 is Bugatti and the event organisers hope to
reunite the current Lord Cholmondeley, with the Bugatti T57, owned by
his car enthusiast forebear.
Event sponsorship from Bentley and Breitling continues, as does the inshore
powerboating and helicopter displays with a new addition for this years
event - a Last Night of the Proms style concert on the Saturday evening.
With a new location for car club displays and improved access/egress for
visitors, the 2nd POP, seeks to build on the undoubted success of the
inaugural event. The North West Area Group of the Ferrari Owners' Club
hopes to have a presence this year.
