All 15 UK Ferrari Dealerships will open their workshop doors to host a range of events
Ferrari North Europe has been invited to join the “National Apprenticeship Week Supporters Club,” which highlights organisations dedicated to continuous professional development through diverse and impactful apprenticeship programmes.
Between 10th – 16th February, all 15 UK-based Ferrari Dealerships will open their workshop doors to host a range of events, giving young people a chance to learn about potential opportunities through the “Ferrari North Europe Apprenticeship Programme”, now in its 15th year.
The 15 Ferrari dealerships taking part in this activity are as follows:

Notes to Editors:
Candidates of all ages with at least 5 GCSEs (at grade 4 or above) can apply for an apprenticeship at an Official Ferrari Dealer in one of the following roles:
Service Technician – 3-year apprenticeship
Service Advisor – 2-year apprenticeship
Parts Advisor – 2-year apprenticeship
Each role includes on-the-job training under the watchful eye of Ferrari Master Technicians, with additional classroom, theory, and practical training at the company’s Training Centre in Berkshire.
Since its inception in 2011, the Ferrari North Europe Apprenticeship programme has become the de facto route into the brand, with many employees starting out as an Apprentice subsequently moving into other roles in the business, such as Workshop Manager, Service Manager, or even Sales Executive.
Ferrari North Europe’s investment in its Apprenticeship facilities amounts to over £500,000 and includes:
- A commitment from the Official Ferrari Dealers in the UK to take on at least one apprentice for the duration of the 2/3-year Apprentice Programme.
- Two purpose-designed classrooms available for technical training for dealer staff.
- A dedicated and fully equipped 324 sq m workshop with two vehicle ramps and over £20,000 of tools and equipment for Apprentices to receive hands-on training for servicing and maintaining Ferrari cars.
- A Ferrari Technical Training Instructor dedicated to providing courses and tuition for the Ferrari North Europe Apprentice Programme.
- A number of vehicles and service parts for hands-on technical training and diagnostics tuition, including some of the most highly innovative products from the Ferrari range such as the 296, SF90, and Purosangue.
Since the launch of the Ferrari North Europe Apprenticeship programme back in August 2011, over 120 people have been successfully trained and built their careers in the automotive world of Ferrari.
