A (rare) warm and sunny day at North Weald saw nine entries in the Ferrari class at the first round of the Club’s 2014 Hillclimb Championship. Newcomer Dave Snelson in his 458 ran away with the scratch win whilst Pauline Goodwin got 2nd place for the second year running in the California, and Mike Spicer 3rd in his 328. Jack Hargreaves (308 GTB) almost matched his 2012 time and again took the max 20 points once the PEP factors had been applied and Spicer got the 17 points ahead of the similar car of Shaun Smith.
